Hello, my name is Alex Fourie and I am a level one PGA Golf Instructor and the #1 one-arm golfer in the United States. I am calling on my fellow golf community and world to help fight a cause that is bigger than ourselves. In March 2022 the city and orphanage I called home for seven years of my life, Cherkasy Oblast, Ukraine, was brutally and unjustifiably bombed by the Russian military. As you watch the news and see these stories, these people and places that I hold dear are being stripped to their core. To fight against this evil and authoritarianism, we have decided to start a financial campaign to help the orphanages and people that helped to fight for me for the first seven years of my life. My organization “Single Hand Golf” has created a t-shirt that will be sold online and 100 percent of the proceeds will go to the charitable foundation, Hope Now, that gave me a fighting chance in the early stages of my life. Thank you for your continued support and prayers for Ukraine. God Bless.
